Andrei Chahine is an award-winning creative director with a portfolio of breakthrough work in near every medium.
In his current role as Creative Lead for Sports Branded Content at Facebook/Instagram, Andrei develops innovative mobile-first concepts and media solutions in partnership with athlete agencies, sports publishers, and brands.
Prior to Facebook, Andrei was Vice President Brand Creative Director at MTV, tasked with expanding MTV's perception from TV network to global brand. His efforts culminated with winning 4 Cannes Lions at the Cannes Festival of Creativity in 2016.
Before MTV, Andrei was a creative director at several top-tier advertising creative agencies such as Anomaly, BBDO, and Leo Burnett, producing concepts for brands like Samsung, Budweiser, DirecTV, and Google. Most recently Andrei was at Grey Group, where he served as Creative & Strategic Lead on the NFL account.
Not always a marketer, Andrei was first a professional jazz pianist, most notably playing for national hip-hop and R&B acts such as Kanye West, Ludicrous, Erykah Badu, Rhymefest, Twista, and R.Kelly, and appearing on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
A self-proclaimed citizen of the world, Andrei is half-Lebanese, half Puerto Rican, and has lived in cities like London, Dubai, Chicago, and Geneva, Switzerland. He now works in NYC, and resides in Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
