In his current role as Executive Vice President, Sales, Steve is responsible for driving Pac-12 Network revenue, outside of TV distribution, which includes advertising, corporate partnerships, digital, branded content and other assets across 16 conference championships with men’s football and basketball being the largest events. He leads a team of seven sales executives and is a member of the Pac-12 Network Leadership Team. Pac-12 is comprised of 12 major universities in the Western Region, including Stanford, Cal, UCLA, USC, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State, Arizona State, Arizona, Colorado and Utah.

Steve previously worked as a Senior Vice President for Endeavor (formerly WME IMG) based in San Francisco, CA. Steve led and managed the Visa Inc. Global Account (largest corporate client at Endeavor) which included a team of 36 professionals working in SF, LA, NYC, Paris, Moscow, Miami, Sao Paulo, Dubai and Singapore. In 2018, Steve led separate teams that garnered rave reviews for developing and executing Visa’s sponsorship plans on-site during the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeonchang, South Korea and FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Prior to rejoining WME IMG in early 2015, Steve held the position of Chief Global Partnership and Chief Sales Officer for the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) based in St. Petersburg, FL. For two years, Steve managed a global sales and sponsorship team and was responsible for signing new sponsors and servicing existing ones.

Before the WTA, Steve worked at IMG for 20 years including time when Mark McCormack (Founder of IMG) ran the company. In his career at IMG, Steve executed numerous events, sold sponsorship & player endorsements, and, consulted for a number of major companies including Wells Fargo, Accenture, Hyundai, First Data, Kia, DHL, Barclay’s, McDonald’s, Chevron, Sonic, Adobe, YouTube, Honda, etc.

Steve enjoys speaking annually to college students about the sports/entertainment industry at Stanford, Cal, Oregon, Washington University in St. Louis, USF, and St. Mary’s College. Steve also sat on the Board of the 10-year old Ivy Sports Symposium – a business/student conference held annually at an Ivy College campus.

Steve was a Liberal Studies major with an emphasis in Math/Economic/Anthropology at UCSB and received a MBA with an emphasis on International Marketing from SFSU. Before graduate school, Steve lived and worked in Taipei, Taiwan for a year.

Steve currently resides in Moraga, CA with his wife and three kids. In his free time, Steve enjoys family time, fishing, running, tennis, golf, cornhole and visiting national parks. His two older children study at Cornell.
