TJ Graham is a partner at Cooley.

TJ works with clients at all stages of their life cycles. His representations include companies' most important technology and other business transactions, with a special focus on those involving high technology innovations, software, consumer products and digital media. TJ serves as a business and legal advisor to companies in the structuring and negotiating of all aspects of commercial deals, including technology and content licensing, product development, manufacturing and distribution relationships. He also has deep experience advising clients on intellectual property matters across a multitude of strategic mergers, acquisitions and corporate divestitures.
